Who we are

Worlds Worth Coloring is a sole proprietorship based in Zürich, Switzerland (Worlds Worth Coloring, Dufourstrasse 49, 8008 Zürich). Contact: hello@worldsworthcoloring.com. We are not registered for Swiss VAT; no VAT is charged.

What you buy

A coloring set delivered as a print-ready PDF file: either a set from our collection, shown on its page on this website, or a set drawn for your restaurant and shown to you on a private page before purchase. The price and currency are shown on the page. The price is the total amount due; there are no shipping costs and no VAT.

Ordering and payment

You order by clicking "Buy this set" on the set's page and paying through Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and never reach our servers. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. Business customers can enter their company name and VAT number at checkout; they appear on the invoice.

Delivery

Immediately after payment you are shown a download link for the PDF, and the link is also sent to the email address you gave at checkout. The link stays valid so you can download the file again later. If the final file is still being prepared at the time of purchase, we send it by email as soon as it is ready, normally within a few days.

License

The purchase gives you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to print and distribute unlimited copies of the set for use in your own household or by your own business (for example your restaurant), including handing copies to guests and using single pages in your own printed or online materials. A set drawn for a restaurant is licensed to that restaurant. You may not resell the file or the artwork, offer it for download to the public, or pass it on to another business. The artwork remains our intellectual property.

Changes to the set

Small changes such as a corrected name, a swapped dish or a page you would rather not include are made free of charge on request after purchase. Larger changes are quoted separately.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Because the product is a digital file delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales does not apply once the download has been made available. If something is wrong with the file, or you are unhappy with it, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you. We would rather refund than have you keep something you do not like.

Liability

We deliver the file as described on the page. We are not liable for printing costs, printing quality or any indirect loss. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the set, except where Swiss law does not allow such a limitation.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
